What You Need to Know About the New Clarus R+D Login Experience and How It Affects You

As part of Clarus R+D’s transition to Arvo Tech, we’re updating our authentication system on August 5th, 2025, to ensure continued security and a more unified login experience across platforms. Here’s what you can expect:

🔐 Security You Can Trust

The new authentication system—powered by Auth0 and integrated into Arvo Tech’s infrastructure—maintains the same high security standards you’ve come to expect from Clarus R+D. Your data remains protected with enterprise-grade encryption, DDoS protection, and robust multi-factor authentication (MFA) policies.

✅ What’s Changing (and What’s Not)

  • No change to your access: You’ll continue to use your email address to log in.
  • What you’ll need to do:
    • Set a new password
    • Reconfigure MFA (if currently using it)

Once the migration is complete, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to reset your password and complete the setup.

Miss the email or the link expires? No problem—you can reset your password anytime from the login page.

  • Already an Arvo user? You’ll use the same account credentials to access both the Clarus R+D and WOTC applications.
